That'd make it harder.you could hold the two guitars in an X shape, hold one of the buttons with each index finger, and strum with each thumb.
Two hands for two strum bars, one foot for bass pedal and mouth for vox? So only submit scores if you played all 4 parts at the same time, should be possible and not terribly difficult.
